Before entering into a business deal with Fast Cleaners Barnet, customers need to understand and agree to the following terms.
Quotes for any cleaning services that are done over the phone or Internet, where a representative is not able to physically see the area to be cleaned, are done using average sizes. Our cleaning company has the right to amend and adjust the initial quote after the area has been inspected by the company.
Payment for cleaning services is expected prior to any work starting. If the work is going to be on a continual basis, monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month. We make our cleaning prices affordable for your pocket.
No refunds will be given for unsatisfactory work, however, the company will send a new staff member to redo the work to the customer’s satisfaction. The request for this must be within 24 hours of completion of the initial work.
If there is ever an accident or other circumstance that causes damage to or loss of property, the customer must contact the company within 24 hours of completion of the job. The company will then either correct/fix the damage or loss, or contact the insurance company to send an adjuster.
The company will ensure that an employee is at the appointed location within the time-frame arranged on the appointment. Failure of the employee to show will be rectified by the cleaning company sending out a new employee. If the customer needs to cancel a service, there must be a 24 hour notice given of the cancellation in order for a refund of any payments.
Fast Cleaners Barnet guarantees the work it does for each and every client. If you are ever not satisfied with the cleaning performed, the company will send a new cleaner to the work site to have the work redone.
